When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, company name, website, and the content of your message.
We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether we can help.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — our interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
You are not obliged to submit the form, but without those details we cannot reply to you. You can contact us by email or phone instead.
We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this website. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not send unsolicited commercial messages.
If no business relationship follows, we delete your enquiry within 2 years.
If we work together, we keep the relevant contact and project records for the duration of the engagement and up to 5 years after it ends, as required by accounting law.

Form submissions are sent directly to a self-hosted automation tool running on a server we control. They are not passed to our website host.
Vercel is incorporated in the United States, so limited access from outside the European Economic Area may occur for support and administration. Such transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, incorporated in Vercel's data processing agreement. You can obtain a copy by emailing hi@flovv.digital.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
